Biography
Daniel Ostergren, Au.D. is a third generation medical professional who has worked in nearly every area of audiology. He is Board Certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology. He began his clinical career in Fort Collins in 1984 as a founding member of the Audiology Group. He went on to practice in educational audiology, classroom acoustics and as an educator and lecturer in the US, Canada and Europe. Dr. Ostergren is past president of the Colorado Academy of Audiology. In 2017 Dr. Ostergren completed a three year term on the Board of the American Academy of Audiology to return to clinical practice. Away from Audiology, Dan can be found behind an audio mastering console as an active member of the Recording Academy (GRAMMY Awards).
Dr. Ostergren earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Minnesota in 1983. In 1985, Dr. Ostergren received his Mast of Science degree from the University of Wyoming (with honors) in Audiology, with his Doctorate in Audiology awarded in 2001 from Central Michigan University.
